This book was a beautiful and easy read, full of meaningful insights—especially when it comes to Ikigai. It helps you better understand what your own Ikigai is and guides you toward finding answers, while also inspiring you to become more ambitious.
It highlights how to benefit from simple things like good food and daily movements, using real-life examples of people. It was an enjoyable book—good, even more than good.
It can nourish you with new ideas, yet they feel familiar, as they already exist in our lives and we somehow know them. It’s a lovely book to read, especially in the kind of circumstances we are living in now in Lebanon.
