Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer cash on delivery all over Lebanon. delivery times will vary based on your chosen destination, orders within Beirut requires 2-3 days to arrive to your doorstep, and 4-5 days for orders outside Beirut, but keep in mind that orders may sometimes take longer than usual if the Book is out of stock !

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping is for 2$ for orders inside Beirut and 3$ for orders outside Beirut.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within the days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery:

  • If a package is returned to us due to multiple delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a re-shipping fee may apply. Alternatively, you may request a refund for the product amount minus the original shipping cost and any applicable return fees.
